Then the buyer must have a CITES certificate for import as well in order to enter the country for trade and make the Hoodia Gordonii certified.

Whenever you buy any form of Hoodia product search for the CITES certificate in stores and websites of the manufacturers where you plan to purchase your product. Without the certificate the product they are selling is not Hoodia Gordonii certified.
