Hoping For Sunshine After The Rain

Although Greece has had its political issues and financial problems

, these are all things which the general public looking to holiday there will have no concern or worry about whatsoever. This ignorance will come as good news to the Greek government because it means that people will still flock to their mainland hot spot and island resorts to enjoy their summer breaks. As long as people are in no danger or jeopardy, tourism will still flourish during the peak season.

Greece is one of those countries that have become synonymous with fantastic fun-filled summer holidays because of its many islands in the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea. As Greece builds itself back up, we, as a holiday hungry nation will certainly tread hapily along the golden, sun kissed beaches.

I don't know too many people, if any at all, who would pass up the chance of visiting Greece even if Godzilla had decided to attack! I think I would risk a visit even if there was an outbreak of the t-virus. Zombies and mutant monsters aside, I think many people would overlook various national and social issues that Greece might be going through when considering a holiday. There is minimal civil unrest in the capital, but many tourists will be looking at the islands as the main choice to spend their holidays.

Sunshine after the rain is something that the fat cats and big wigs of the Greek government will be hoping and praying for, and I assume that they are looking to their strong tourism as what's going to drag them from the ashes likes a Phoenix from the flames. A large portion of the country's income helps the economy, but it is something that they should always be able to rely on. As long as the Earth's axis doesn't decide to change or the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea do not become very hungry all of a sudden. So long as neither of those unlikely events occur, then Greece shouldn't have too much of an issue when it comes to tourism.

Decisions can be tough in life, none more so than where to go to spend summers, so I ask you to choose without prejudice of economics, though I'm very sure you're oblivious of the fact. All you need to know is that the sun will be shining, overhead clouds are a myth, beaches are sandy and the water is ready and waiting for your cannon balls!
