Have you noticed how many hot workout products there are in the health industry? Where do I begin. Right now there are literally thousands of people in the fitness center right now carrying on with their workout routines. What are they thinking? People want to look like a movie star! And I agree since I want to be successful, I want to be healthy,smart and feel attractive. I am no Brad Pitt but I sure can be confident like he is. And I found a great workout plan to a healthier lifestyle and like my post earlier I felt great taking my shirt off at the pool at Mandalay Bay!

I found a hot workout routine that was working. And I mean working! The second week I went from14% body fat down to 12% and that was my first week. It felt great that I was actually making some progress with this new work out plan I had found. Waking up in the mornings were much better now and I work part time but I was still exhausted after work and now I was much more motivated in the evenings to go to the gym and then grocery shop after for the foods that I actually like. . I was eating great! I finally threw out all the junk home workout videos and finally I was on track with a great workout plan.

I feel embarrassed about writing this but my sex life has jumped through the roof and my relationship with my girlfriend is much healthier and there seems to be a brighter glow when were together. She has seen the results and she has started her own workout routine at our local YMCA. We now have been going together and I tell you, working out together is a blessing. We call our gym time together our HOT WORKOUT TIME!! Heather has slimmed down herself and sticks to her workout plan still to this day. Our trip last year to Vegas was great and this year we are going again in June and our goal is to look even better than last year. Seems our Hot Workout is working out.
