How About Jaw Crusher

The cavity of the jaw crusher consist of moveable jaw and fixed jaw

, which imitate the movement of the animals two jaws to complete the materials crushing .

And now jaw crusher has found its extensive application for the mid crushing of the various ores and large-size materials block in the field of mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc. And its anti- pressure strength is 320Mpa.

This working manner of jaw crusher is hyperbolic extrusion. And its working principle is as follows.Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the belt and the belt wheel to make the jawstock move by a regulated track. The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become large as the up of the jawstock. This will push the moveable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate,which can realize the multi-crushing of the materials.The angle between the toggie plate and jawstock will become small as the down of the jawstock. The moveable jaw plate will leave the jaw plate at the presure of the tension rod and spring ,meanwhile ,the final products will be discharged from the dischargeing opening.Along with the continous rotating ,the crusher will comlete the periodic crusing and discharging movement ,which can realize the batch process.

According to various swing manners ,the jaw crusher can be divided into three kinds : single toggle ,oscilation and the comprehensive jaw crusher.

The moveable jaw is positioned on the vertical axis and can make oscillating movement so that the ram will make the reciprocating motion when the eccentric shaft make the rotating movement .And jaw crusher will bring the two thrust plates to make the reciprocating movement and then the moveable jaw ,which can complete the crushing and unloading .And this kind of crusher adopts the double crank linkage .While there have large crushing reaction on the moveable jaw so that the eccentric shaft and ram will suffer light force ,which have caused this situation that they have been manufactured into the large-size and mid machine to crush the hard materials in the industry. Besides, the track of every single point on the moveable jaw are all the circular arc taking the axis as the center , whose radius is equal to the distance between this point and the axis center, which features small circular arc in the upper end and bigger circular arc in the lower end .And owing to the simple track movement, jaw crusher is called the simple toggle jaw crusher with the low crushing efficiency.

The upper end of the moveable jaw crusher have been directly hung on the eccentric shaft and used as the ram of the crank connecting rod ,which can also been driven by the eccentric shaft .And the lower end of the moveable jaw have been hinged with the thrust plate to support the backwall of the frame .So when the eccentric shaft rotate ,the movement track of various points on the moveable jaw is formed by the circumference of the terminal vertex (radius is equal to the eccentric distance) ,which have gradually down towards the elliptical shape and become more elliptical when it become more closed to the bottom .And this phenomenon will end until the connection point track between the bottom and the thrust plate have become the round line arc. Owing to the complicated track movement of the points on the moveable jaw ,so we call this kind of machine the oscilation jaw crusher .
