Find nearest possible recycling plants in the yellow pages or through web. Ask them the price they are offering per pound. Do the same with many recycling plant to get the best price. But, dont opt for too far location recycling plant as transportation cost will also increase. Or else, you can compare your transportation cost with the price you are getting, and then, opt for the one that gives more profit.

Now you simply need to reach their with scrap loaded car, weight them and get collect the cash from the counter.

There is nothing as simple as selling aluminium scrap and get benefitted. Now you will surely start collecting aluminium scrap that you would used to throw away.
