After making these identifications you want to start to trim the less reliable people in favor of keeping the more reliable people.

One thing that you have to be mindful of is that you need to be able to differentiate between people who are not performing well because of not trying, and those that are simply in poor locations. You can be the best networking employee in the world and have poor success because there are very few people in your area to advertise to.

These consumer dead spots also exist on the internet as well so make sure a member of your list is trying hard before you severe contact with them. If you find yourself with an overwhelming amount of people who are simply not trying very hard or aren't doing their best then you may have to operate with a small list of people. There's nothing wrong with this but before committing to it make sure that they can handle the extra load.

Having a small highly performing group of people doing your advertising is preferable to a large poorly trained group, but there is still a limit to what they can do. Make sure to keep the number of people slightly above what you need in order to get the work handled properly and be able to tackle those surprise heavy advertising days.

Using a Network Marketing List is one of the more efficient methods to managing network marketing. While you can have a list of customers to market to it's also advisable that you have a list of people doing the actual networking. After all if you don't have good people doing the networking then reaching customers will be very difficult.
