There's nothing wrong with this but before committing to it make sure that they can handle the extra load.

Having a small highly performing group of people doing your advertising is preferable to a large poorly trained group, but there is still a limit to what they can do. Make sure to keep the number of people slightly above what you need in order to get the work handled properly and be able to tackle those surprise heavy advertising days.

While you can have a list of customers to market to it's also advisable that you have a list of people doing the actual networking.
