These are programs that either post on your blog for you or search the net for blogs to comment on to provide automatic backlinks to your site. I DO NOT advise ever using these. Bloggers can tell you are using a robot because they talk like robots. This will get all your blog comments deleted as soon as possible and cause nothing but more work for your fellow bloggers.
