4. There are many relationship break ups where couples become good friends. Time can heal differences and you may find yourself talking to your ex on a regular basis. This can take a couple months most of the time, but if your ex is trying to catch up with you much sooner that could be a good sign for you.

5. Your ex asks you for a date. This is an obvious sign he still has interests in you. If he has asked you out on a date he does like you. This can be taken as a serious sign that he wants to get back together with you. Maybe he has second thoughts about breaking up with you.

Of course you must look at these signs closely to be sure you are interpreting them correctly. Signs such as calling or texting could be taken incorrectly; your ex may have other motives.
