3) Actually going out to meet other women.
Once you are able to see yourself having the ability to have some fun and even maybe a relationship with another woman - you have to be able to actually go ahead and do it. And this even applies if you do still have some hope that you can win her back. It's good for you to be able to interact with a variety of women so that you really do know what you like and you get to have the experience of seeing that being with another woman could be just as good as being with your ex girlfriend again.
