When you exercise, our body tends to use the accumulated fats particularly when your sugar level drops. Cardiovascular exercises are also helpful and bear in mind that you can do a specific activity that focuses on certain part of our body. Example of this are sit-ups for your abdomen and squats for your buttocks.
Genetic Predisposition. If obesity runs in your genes, most likely that you too will acquire it. You cannot do much from it because that is the genetic make-up you have inherited from your parents. But knowing this, you have to prevent the occurrence of the problem. Most likely, you have to change your lifestyle just to avoid it.
Discipline. Basically the above methods are known to all of us. But still many of us experience the same problem. It is because of the lack of discipline; the motivation to pursue for a healthy and sexier body. Just remember this, you should create an objective for you to attain and remember to reward you self on every pounds you lose. By doing this you are actually motivating yourself without the feeling of self deprivation.
