Blogger blogs, as point and shoot as they can be... also give you room to grow as a novice blogger because they do have the ability of HTML customization - and not to mention the MANY options available for ready made templates.

Have a Vox.com Blog: Vox is one of the blogs known as being the most fun of the free blogger formats. There's no need for code, and they've made it super simple to add content. Vox has taken the "how to have a blog" out of the equation as it super easy to navigate and very user friendly. Also, vox may be best suited for those that are looking for a more private exclusive setting towards their blog.... but don't be fooled there is a wonderful community vibe associated with Vox.com as well!

Free Blogs are great if your just starting up your blogging venture, and never have blogged before...
