3.Make some friends out of your company
Making some friends out of your company, you will feel absolutely relaxed when you staying with them. They are not familiar with your company and your work, so your conversation and topic will set you free from your work.
4.Take care of you dietary daily life
Dietary daily life is crucial for a healthy body. You should have three meals in time every day. Meanwhile, you have more vegetables and fruits in your daily life.
So if we can adopt above healthy lifestyles, sub-health can be avoided.
