1. Focus About The Type Of Man You Desire-

You need to create in your mind, the qualities of the perfect guy you want. What is his hair color and style? Looks, personality, interests, etc. Think about what kind of guy would give you the most happiness. Write a list of the top five qualities of guys you desire to have. Take a picture of a guy that you like and place them on your mirror, and envision yourself being together with this guy. Try doing these a few times each day, so that the feeling becomes more real, as though you actually feel it was true.

2. Focus On Your Look-

By now, you know what type clothing ensemble, hairstyle, colors, makeup work best with you. Wear something that best showcases your features. Next, hit the gym and put yourself in the best physiological state you can. Run hard, and pump some weights. Get your blood pumping and oxygen flowing, and psyche yourself up. Next, practice standing tall and proud and watch yourself in the mirror as you practice posturing correctly. While your looking at the mirror, practice a look with your eyes, that gives off a feeling of attraction.

3. Be Polite And Courteous-

Men love women who are simple, and easy-going. The last thing they want is drama. Focus on him and his interests. Compliment him on all his finer qualities. Focus on talking about positive interesting subjects, no negativity!

4. Show Your Pearly Whites-
