VHS was the greatest there was for many years and rewinding wasnt so bad, I guess, especially if you had one of those rewinding machines that they used to sell. Some of them were cool; they were in the shapes of cars and different things. That was rather cool, in an eighties kinda way.

I feel bad for kids these days that dont have to put up with the same types of aggravation. They'll never understand how irritating it is to wait for a movie to rewind because you have to return it by eight oclock or get charged a late fee. They will never be acquainted with the aggravation of a tape breaking and not being able to ever look at it again or a fifty dollar VHS tape. These are all things that were part of watching a movie in the good old times. Today the platforms have changed at least three times since then.
