Continue to remove other foods that may cause inflammation and allergic responses such as dairy products, wheat and eggs to monitor if your skin patches and pimples may be aggravated by these foods.

Enjoy a good book with your child as you snuggle together on the sofa. Turn on some soothing music, because children tend to respond to sounds. A sound machine with the ocean is also a comfort to children and help them get a restful sleep.
