Plastic surgery can enhance natural beauty when done in moderation. Too often, the stars go too far, from beautiful to plastic. Take Megan Fox as an example. In an industry where beauty is skin deep and aging is death, women take their careers into their own hands or at least the hands of their surgeons.

Rhinoplasty comes from the Latin words for nose and change. It literally means to change your nose. This is a common form of celebrity surgery. The nose is sculpted to a softer, narrower shape. Good rhinoplasty surgery looks natural. Check out the noses on the movie screen, they are all small, narrow and soft. This surgery gives black actors narrow, "white" noses. On the reverse side of the ethnic aisle, white actors are commonly using lip surgery to make their lips look luscious and full. This surgery can go too far, ending in a sausage rolls instead of lips. Breast implants can enhance a women's figure, but keep it within reason! Lil Kim, Janet Jackson, Tori Spelling and Victoria Beckham all look like wanna be porn stars. Again, moderation. Veneers are the same. A beautiful white smile makes anyone more attractive, but horse teeth are a turn-off. Some stars veneers are so large they have a hard time closing their mouths and their lips are constantly getting stuck on their teeth. New procedures are making veneers less invasive with more of the natural teeth left in place.

Brow lifts are performed in the hairline. Skin is lifted and the excess is removed for a smooth forehead and to eradicate lines between the eyes. A perfectly line-free face on a sixty year old looks plastic and fake, a line-free thirty year old, looks more natural.

Whatever procedures you have done, make sure you find a board certified surgeon with years of experience or training. Plastic surgery in Charlotte can have fantastic results in moderation with the right surgeon. Take you cue from the stars and always remember a little of something is better than excess.
