How Good Is The Htc One S Looking?

Mobile World Congress finished just last week and went out with a bang

, leaving many phone news websites working overtime just to keep up. One of the big bits of news to come out of the conference were the announcements of a new range of HTC handsets all labelled the One series. The HTC One S has particularly caught the eye and prompted me to write this article.

So, really we all want to know just a little bit more about what we can expect from the phone and then use that information to see if well then consider if we should add it to our hot pile right next to the iPhone 5 (name not yet confirmed) and Samsung Galaxy S3.

First off, it looks like the 4.3 inch screen is definitely the sweet spot for screen sizes these days, as nearly every phone release includes it. The HTC One S is however much thinner than a lot of its competitors. We dont yet have conclusive figures, but its thin, really thin.

The phone also comes with a 8 megapixel camera, dual-core 1.5GHz processor and Sense 4.0. Future proof? You betcha. The processor is certain to be able to handle nearly app you can throw at it, and with web browsing so massive these days, you can bet your bottom dollar it wont flinch at opening a new page. An 8 megapixel camera is good, but Nokia have announced a phone with 41 megapixel camera, so it certainly isnt market leading. Lastly, Sense 4.0. Just what is it? In a nutshell, a better way of using Android. With fancy flicks and tricks (much like the iPhone) youll feel like Tom Cruise in Minority Report = Winning.

Thats just a taster of what the phone has, until it is actually released of course I wont be able to comment on how well all this hardware and software work together, but the signs are impressive. HTC phones are certainly ones to look out for and are certainly going to sell in the bucket load.
