Ways to maintain good health is something that we have to seriously consider in this stressful life that we live today

. Whether we are aware of it or not, there is always something in our lives that are creating some stress. The question is how do we deal with our stress? Do we need to change our life style in order to live a longer and healthier life? This will be an emotional and psychological journey. In order to change your lifestyle, you must look deep within you and figure out what is causing you to eat unhealthy and slowly causing harm to your body and mind. Change your state of mind and your daily eating habits to create a new life for yourself. Your reason to live a healthy and well-balanced life has to come from within you and it has to stay in the forefront of your mind. You must keep your goal to live a healthy lifestyle manageable (goals that you can achieve in small increments). Reasonable commitment and consistency will insure that you achieve your goal.

We know that eating a balance diet and an exercise regiment is the key to living a good life. It doesnt matter who you are and what socioeconomic status you are in to live a healthy lifestyle. It is a question of mind over matter and loving yourself and your loved ones. You want to be there for the people who you love and love you. You have heard all of this information in one form or another before but I hope that this information is reaching you now in your time of need and I hope you are ready to take action. Self-discipline and personal commitment is another key to your success in living a healthy lifestyle. Anyone can reduce the amount of food they take in which is pure discipline. When you reduce the amount of food that you eat on a daily basis, you shrink your stomachs capacity, which will in turn reduce your body fat because you will eat less and lose weight. When you combine this with exercise, you will definitely see the difference on your bodys shape.

My wife and I make it our priority in life to eat a balance diet, exercise, and rest well in our goal to live a healthy life for each other and our family. We are not fanatics, but we watch what we eat and the amount that we eat along with our exercise routine. We also take vitamin supplements for those nutrients that we may not get enough of from our daily diet.

We eat variety of nutrient rich foods in attempt to supply what our body needs to stay healthy. We eat fruits, vegetables, protein (beans), carbohydrates (rice and pasta), and as you can see we are stressing plant-based diet. If you want lose wait and live a long and healthy life, you need to reduce the amount of animal-based products that you eat. You want to especially avoid red meats. Animal-based products are linked to every disease known to mankind.


We have done this for years and we will continue to follow this regiment for the rest of ours lives on this earth. I will continue to emphasize that moderation and discipline is the key to maintain a healthy body and mind. You can eat any food that you want as long as you do it in moderation and in small portion. Just remember that whatever you put into your body will either hurt or help your body regenerate healthy cells. Dont skip any meals if at possible and drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and help in the removal of poisonous toxins.

To maintain good health mentally and physically, we need to do everything mentioned above along with maintain a balance in our lives. Eat well in moderation along with daily exercise to manage your daily stress. Eat well, exercise and rest well is the key to a well-balanced life.
