How I Am Using Social Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to Become a Local Rockstar

The last week of my life has been amazing. I tell this to motivate and inspire you to action. My dream for a few years is to have my own marketing business and help others achieve financial freedom through doing what they love and helping others!

Alejandro Reyes and Paul Counts have constructed the Local Rock Star Blueprint. When I was shown the site by a good friend and I was only wanting to check out the Word Press theme, but I later went back to see what they were offering.

And not only did I like what I saw, I wanted more. The central theme is becoming a local rockstar in your area. What is a local rockstar? A local rockstar is somebody who takes the principles of offline marketing and social marketing combined to lead others in being successful. You strive to be GREAT not good. You take your knowledge and you continually build upon it.

First you have the knowledge which builds influence, and then the influence attracts people to you. This is the best form of Word of Mouth advertising and you are using the principles of Attraction Marketing. Most either don't know or don't understand the power of word of mouth marketing.

When you combine word of mouth marketing with knowledge you positiion yourself as a leader. Most don't take the time to learn things. When you continually take the time to learn and stay ahead of the curve you will find others seeking you for help. This positions you to present ideas, products, to serve as consultant, and so much more.

I want to be great at what I do. I want to be the local rockstar in marketing so others seek me not because I am pitching and all up in their face, but because I know my stuff. My status will be that of a genuine ethical person who takes the time to help others and also to be knowledgeable. This allows me to influence and make change in others lives. When you do this you will see that people will think highly of you.

Don't get me wrong. I don't want to be a guru or a know it all. I just want to know the in depth knowledge to help others. The combination of my knowledge with my ability to lead in a humble manner will cause others to join me. It will also cause those more knowledeable than me to teach me the knowledge I don't know.

Strive to be great, because good is not enough!
