How Long Did It Take For You To Become Pregnant? - Help for Women Who Have Been Trying For Long to Get Pregnant
My husband and I have been trying for almost two years now to conceive
. The only time I got pregnant, I miscarried days after and that was a year ago. Is it normal to be trying that long and NOT get pregnant? I think something is wrong with one of us. So how long did any of you try before you got pregnant?
This is a very popular question that get asked every now and then on the internet. I have been in this same situation before, and in this article I will try to give an answer to this question. However I will also give you some few recommendations on
how to greatly enhance your fertility, and then provide links to websites from where you will get advance infertility treatment tips to enable you naturally conceive and give birth to the kid of your dreams.
No, it's not normal at all to be two years trying without a pregnancy. That really stuck. After a year of trying to conceive with no luck, most gyns/obs will send you to a fertility specialist to make sure you're both "ticking right" and to see if there's anything to help you. However, there are lots of people that take a long time to conceive. In the meantime though, focus on your behaviors: better food for both of you, no hot baths or tight undies for him, exercisers, stay away from caffeine, make research on proper sex positions etc.
It took my hubby and me about 14 months, a bit longer than we'd initially thought, probably due to poor timing on my part. I was initially wrong about when I thought I was ovulating, so I began to chart my cycles, taking my basal body temperature first-thing every morning, and plotting the temps on a graph. After a few months, I noticed a pattern of dips and spikes that helped me pinpoint my most fertile time (I was about a week off).
Have you considered trying to chart your cycle? With the charting, I realized I didn't know my body as well as I thought I did, and it helped me get on track. I also made an effort to cut out as much stress as possible and try to relax. That can really have an effect on baby-making. I've also been told by a number of people -- and many have attested to it -- when you stop trying / thinking about it, that is when it actually happens. Don't jump into bed with the intention of trying to get pregnant. Jump into bed with the intention of getting to enjoy your time with your husband and to relax.
With that said, there is this great infertility cure guide which helped me a lot when I was having difficulties to conceive. This guide is called
the pregnancy miracle guide and many women who have tried the recommendations in this guide usually have success in getting pregnant few months after getting this guide. I would advise any lady who wants to put fertility odds in her favor to get a copy of this guide and follow the 7 step holistic infertility cure system recommended in this guide.
