How Much Effort And Time Do Life Coaching Programs Require
As the author of The Last Year of Your Life and the founder of The Last Year of Your
Life 52-week Experience, I have written a series of short articles to answer the many questions I get asked about how to live your life to the fullest.
In this article I answer a question that I get asked a lot, and that is, 'What if I cannot be available to do the work every single week of the 52 weeks?'.
52 weeks is a big commitment, and life purpose coaching is a commitment. It is, its a big commitment and the answer to that question is, hey nobody is perfect.
Nobody is expected to be there every single week except for me, okay? Not that I'm perfect, but as the leader of the program, I am your life purpose coach, and I hold myself to an even higher standard.
So, although I will be there every single week, I do not expect every single person to be there every single week.
Now, do I want you to be there every week? Yes.
Do I want you to do the work every single week? Yes.
Do I want you to do all 52 modules? Absolutely.
But I understand that things happen. People get married, people get sick, people travel the world, they don't have access to the internet.
If you cannot do all of the work exactly when it is being scheduled for you to do it, don't sweat it! I don't expect you to be perfect.
However, the great thing about our life coaching programs is the the online program which allows you to do the work at your own schedule.
I make the modules available week by week by week, they are only released one week at a time, but they stay up so if you can't get to week 14 until week 15 and you are going to do week 15 and week 14 all in one week, that's fine. That is absolutely fine.
Hey, it is a long road to hope, 52 weeks, it's a long way. And I want you to do your best and as much as you put into it, that's how much you're going to get out of it.
So if you can do it all just the way I lay it out, that is awesome and if you can't, then just do the best you can because it's your last year of your life.
It is your personal experience and everyone is going to be different and you are going to do the best you can and that is all anyone can ever ask of you.
Living life to the fullest does take time and effort. I have been Living The Last Year of Your Life for the past three years now and it has been the most incredible experience in my life.
I know that you'll get a lot out of it too, and I want you to do it because in The Last Year of Your Life, anything is possible.
