of infections and allergies.It is common to have a sensitivity to some of the things but it is the severity of the thing that causes an allergy.A allergy can be caused from anything like food to even the atmospheric things.Though an allergy might seem quite natural it may still be the cause for ones irritability.A lot of reactions happen due to the presence of any of the things like pollens, foods, dust particles or germs and micro organisms.These bodies are absolutely safe for some while some of them have a reaction to it.

The substances which can induce allergy are called allergens or antigens.We do not get a defense to these allergens from our immune system due to the genetic factors as well. The chance of getting allergic by an individual depends on the conditions of their parents too.The possiblity of one getting is directly proportional to the parental history of allergy like sixty percent with both parents, half of it with only one parent and just fifteen percent when both parents have no allergy. While genetics also play an important role in it, it is not the only causative.The environment in which an individual lives will greatly decide the condition.

It is a hard task to describe an allergy As soon as there is any alien object that enters the body the immune system tends to react according to it. Once the allergic substance has been deducted, then human body will start producing certain antibodies which flows along with the blood cells and the particular areas become sensitive to allergies. The body tends to have a reaction when the allergen like dust or pollen gets hold of the sensitive part of the body. Usually there will be a reaction that can be seen in eyes, nose and skin. People have a reaction like rashes, redness, itching and swelling on the skin.

It is in fact a very complicated task to identify the allergens as many of them do not react to it. The person that is best to know about allergies is oneself. The regular places of the infestation of these allergens are mattresses, carpets and even hand kerchiefs. While the pollen and the weeds are very safe there are some of them that have a sensitivity to them as well. Some of the remedies are drinking purified water, masking while in traffic and smoke filled regions, using allergen free fabric to pillows and mattress to avoid microorganisms. Some people are sensitive to foods like milk, nuts and sea food that may have a mild to severe reaction.
