Thus, new technology is expected to help the growth of internet marketing. As technology improves so is infrastructure. Remember life before Wi-Fi? But look at where Wi-Fi has got us. We can connect to the internet anywhere, anytime as long as our device is Wi-Fi ready. Because of this technology, it becomes easier for people to connect to the internet. Now, imagine a better technology that could make connecting to internet easier and more accessible? This could only mean more users. As the number of internet users increases, the number of online customers also increases. Thus, the more accessible internet is, the more it will help the growth of internet marketing.

The role of technology will certainly speed up the connection of the internet. It can make uploading and downloading of data faster. In reality, technology has made it easier for website builders to enhance their sites and build in many add-ons. This will also lessen the waiting time of customers as web pages will load at a faster rate; thus, facilitating online transactions better and faster. Faster connectivity for add-ons will make the ease of use for designers much better. Perhaps technology can allow videoconferencing and/or video chatting to be embedded on a website. This will be a great improvement in customer service relation of online product retailers and service-providers. Customers will be able to get a responce of a company in a much faster time in case of complaints etc. With new technology, customer relations will improve. Gone are the days where customers have to fill up e-mail form to submit a complaint and wait patiently for the e-mail response. With technology, customer can speak directly to the website owner-and-creator and they will receive real-time feedback. Website managers will be on hand to answer any questions from the customers in real time. Customers now simply need not que to consult their e-mails. Technology can make it possible for customers and internet marketer to see and talk to each other face-to-face, albeit virtually.

Technology will create much a more competative market and that can only be good for the consumer. Theres no reason to be disturbed by technolgy. Advancements in technology are not meant to make internet marketing harder or more difficult to manage but rather make it more accessible to all. The competition expected as a result of technology should be viewed as a challenge and an opportunity, rather than a hindrance to success in internet marketing. As long as technology is geared towards advancement of existing tool s in internet marketing, then there is no way for technology but to help improve internet marketing. We should embrace technological advancement and perceive them not as destructors of current practices in internet marketing. The key to success here is the willingness to learn new things and to apply them in your internet marketing business. With the current technology its going to be very easy to utilize to however we wish to use it.
