How The Apostle Paul Prayed by:Sam Renauro
The Apostle Paul must have spent many hours in prayer
. In his Epistles it is recorded that he constantly remembered Christians all over the world in his prayers. Here are some of His prayers and the results of each prayer. He states in Romans 1:9-10 Godis my witness how constantly I remember you in my prayers at all times; in I Cor. 1:4 I always thank God for you. Andwe have not stopped praying for you (Col. 1:9)
Ways that Paul prayed
I pray that now at last by God's will the way may be opened for me to come to you.(Rom. 9:10)
Paul prayed to be with his brothers and sisters often to teach and encourage them and be encouraged.

And our prayer is for your perfection. (2 Cor. 13:9)
How Paul asked others to pray for him
Paul, who was a great man of God, with great power from the Lord, was neither bashful nor ashamed to ask for prayer for himself. In the same way, ask your Christian friends to pray for you in these ways.
I urge you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me.
Pray that I may be rescued from the unbelievers in Judea and that my service in Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints there.
(Rom. 15:30, 31)
On him we have set our hope that he will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many.
(1 Cor. 2: 10-11)
Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should. (Eph. 6:19, 20)
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should. (Col. 4:2-4)
Brothers, pray for us that the message of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with you. And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men, for not everyone has faith.
(2 Thes. 3:1, 2)
How often did Paul pray!
God is my witness how constantly I remember you in my prayers at all times; (Rom. 1:9)
