Internet has given a lot of opportunities for the businessmen

This is a system where you can hire an expert from a different country to work for you. You have to do it through the internet; however, this is not always mandatory.

Based on the method of processing, there are several types of offshore outsourcing. Among them, the four basic types are the ITO, BPO, R&D and KPO. The ITO stands for Information Technology Outsourcing. It has the major share in the outsourcing market as numerous programmers and IT professional are involved in this.

The BPO is Business Process Outsourcing that deals with business support and processing systems. The call centers and customer care centers are the examples of the BPO. The R&D or the Software Development projects also have a large market; however, this is not totally distributed to the overseas employees and they do only a part of the project most of the time. The final development is placed in the company headquarters after gathering all the parts.

The KPO, on the other hand, is a knowledge based program where the hired employee must be an expert on the specific subject that the employer wants. This can be both business related, like the shares and bond, or scientific project, like an engineering designing. The KPO stands as Knowledge Process Outsourcing.

Sometimes a business organization hires a company for doing the marketing campaign for them. But this mostly happen if the business is totally internet based. Because of the fast and effective result as well as low cost, many new topics have been included within the range of offshore outsourcing in the recent years and the number is growing fast.
