I doubt that most guys would say that approaching a woman is easy

. In fact, I would say that for most men, being able to make the approach is pretty hard to do. Whether or not you get what is known as approach anxiety, or you just don't feel natural about walking over to a woman and trying to get to know her, it's safe to say that you are in good company for feeling that way. However, as you probably do know, there are some men who don't seem to have that problem at all. They don't think about anything at all, they just walk on over and get talking and you wish that you could be able to do that.

Is it possible for you to be able to approach a woman as if it was an easy thing to do?

You bet it is, you just have to be aware that you are probably not going to feel that way overnight, it's probably going to take some time before you get to that point. The thing is, you don't have to get to the point where it seems that easy in order to have a lot of success with women. You just have to get to the point where you can make a successful approach.

1) You won't feel like it is an easy thing to do if you constantly avoid doing it.

No matter what, you only get good at approaching women by making real approaches. You don't get good just thinking about it. And you don't get good just by reading about it. You get good by taking the bull by the horns when you see a woman you'd like to get to know and actually walking on over to her.

2) To feel like it is an easy thing to do, you have to be able to feel confident in yourself.

Hands down, self confidence is the most important thing when it comes to making the actual approach. When you have self confidence, you are not going to think about what might happen or assume that you are going to get rejected. You need to have a positive self image if you are going to be able to walk over to a woman you want to get to know better.

3) You also need to have a way to make the conversation seem totally natural to her.

One of the worst ways to approach a woman is to open the conversation with a generic and totally played out pick up like. Instead of doing that, you want to open the conversation with something that sounds totally natural. That way, you are just being friendly and you don't seem like some guy who is hard up for a date and hoping to get lucky.
