How To Attract A Man Without Lowering Your Standards On What You Really Want

Just about any woman could attract a generic guy

. They are not hard to find and they certainly are not that hard to woo. On the other hand, getting a good-looking guy with the values that you want your boyfriend to have, that can be another story. It's good to have some standards on what kind of man you want to date, and I think that many women tend to have too low of a standard. The thing is, it can make you feel kind of doubtful at times that you will indeed end up with the kind of man you want to be with.

It's kind of good in a way that it is harder to attract a man when you have a certain standard on who you want to be with. After all, it takes some vetting to really know if he is who he really appears to be. There is a drawback, though and that can be when a woman feels like she has to lower her standards on who she will date because she doesn't seem to be having much success at all.

Here are some tips that may change all of that for you:

1) Be determined to stick to your values and your ideals on whom you want to date.

Even though you may not find a suitable guy as easily as a woman who does not seem to have much of a standard, in the end it will be well worth it. The more determined you are not to compromise what you seek, the more likely it is that you will eventually find it.

2) Understand what it is that the kind of guy you want to be with wants in a woman.

Not every guy is attracted to the same things. You have to have some idea of what the kind of guy you want to be with would value in a woman. These become the attributes that you really want to show off so that you do get his attention when you meet him.

3) Let him see the real you.

There is so much fakeness in the dating scene that it can be refreshing to see someone being genuine. You want to let him see the real you so that you know it will work out later on. If he becomes attracted to a fake you, then there is no guarantee that he will stick around when the real you is revealed.
