The bar code helps the scanner to register the current state, location and current owner of the cloth into the software. Similarly, the cloth is scanned when it is received back at the store after the processing. It is then placed into specific rack. Biggest advantage of scanner is felt at the time of delivery. Before handling over the cloths back to customers, the system automatically gives an alert in case the wrong cloth is getting delivered to the cloth.
