How many times have you tried to play one of your games and it said that the disc cannot be read
. You might get an error page that tells you your disc is trash. Why does that happen. Well it happens due to abrasion and other uncaring matters. I am not saying that you don't care but sometimes things happen. I should now this matter better than anyone. I broke at least twelve of my Nintendo Wii games. But today I am going to show you how to play back up Nintendo Wii games and how to install the game into your hard drive.
The only way you can back up a Nintendo Wii game to work on your game console; is to unlock your Wii. Face it the only way you are going to ever get a chance to playback saved or copied games is if your Wii is unlocked or unless you buy a Game Copy Software. There are too many advantages and features to unlocking your console. I would prefer unlocking because it is more easier and trust me it will give you 80% more options you can do with your Nintendo Wii. I will provide a website that tells you how to unlock your Wii at the end of the instructions.
First, You will need a USB card. One that is about 2GB or maybe 30GB to hold multiple games. And make sure its a perfect fit.
Second, Have the original games ready and place your USB card into your Nintendo Wii. Then place in the game you want to copy inside your Nintendo Wii Disc drive.
Third, Make sure that your Nintendo wii reads the empty USB card. Then the unlocked Wii will ask you if you want to install the game. That means to copy it to the USB card.
Last, it may take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on the size of game you are trying to copy. Then test the copied version by opening the disc tray and removing the game. Open the file on your USB card and try to play it. There you go you have a working copied game.
