How To Backup Video Files On Cd.

These are the steps that would guide you to do the backup on a CD:


"Step 1:

In Main DVR Screen, choose the camera that you want to backup it"s footage from camera list.

"Step 2:

Select the desired date from the calendar to show events.

"Step 3:

Select the video events that you want to backup. (You can select more than one event by press "CTRL" key and click the desired events.

"Step 4:

From on selected events click right-click button to display the menu, and then choose "Quick Backup".

"Step 5:

From "Quick Backup" wizard select the CD-RW drive in "Media" list.

"Step 6:

You can add another camera to backup from "Select camera(s)" box by check the camera number checkbox.

"Step 7:

Select the type of event to backup from type list which is: Video, Audio or both.

"Step 8:

By check "Database Files" checkbox you enable database files to backup the corresponding data from system log.

Note: this option is disabled when backing up events from the current day.

"Step 9:

By check "Only Never-Recycle Event" checkbox you may backup only never-recycle events.

"Step 10:

Click "OK" button then click "OK" on the shown message, after that minimize the window.

"Step 11:

Go to CD-RW drive and paste the backup data there, or use any burning CD software to burn the data on CD.
