Get your measurements all in one place use a spreadsheet if you need to, print it to make sure it is all up-to-date and when you do new measurements just add it to it to make a new copy. If you are handwriting them, make sure it is legible. Even make sure you have dates and that everything is consistent so all your measurements show consistent change. It is recommended to use a small pre ring binder or the folder with pockets and make sure that everything has its place and it is exact same for every one of your clients.

Prepare a Checklist for each client like did I talk to you about you food? Did you get your workout? Did you get your cardio prescription? Did you get your healthy food list? Make sure everything is checked off for client and anything that you havent done you add it to your to do list and when you do need to update your folder and you know exactly where it is.


Workouts are the most common things that clutter up your day, it is suggested that you whole punch all of the workouts and put them in your binders from newest to oldest. That way you always have the records, they are always in one place.


The next steps once you have all your system in place, it is too be organized for your day and for your week. This is what we call batching, batching is where you lump activities together to be more efficient with your time. What I recommend is to look at your week and write out your work-outs in advance.
