The test is divided into four parts and is given over a two day period. The testing is administered by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Statistics are hard on this test, with only twenty five percent passing all four parts. Most states will give partial credit if you pass at least two sections.

After you have passed CPA exam you are officially ready for the journey in the life of an Accountant. Be prepared for long hours during tax season, and lots of friend and relatives wanting tax advice. The Accountant salary is decent pay and is growing in popularity. After all everyone needs an Accountant at some point.
