By now you are sick of hearing that you should create a product in a niche you are passionate about. Well that advice is well and good, it can actually be detrimental to your bottom line.Now to help make this picture come into focus, here is a perfect example from my own life. I am passionate about movies and jogging. However, after some in depth research, I discovered that creating a sound online business around these two niches isn't as probable as I had hoped.Luckily a world of possibility opened up for me when my marketing coach explained that I didn't necessarily have to love a niche, to profit from it.If you take the time do do even a little bit of research, you will find that there are an endless amount of niches you can dominate and profit from. The best niches I have found are those with people searching for solutions.To help brainstorm product ideas, try to think of common problems people are faced with, and how you can help offer them a solution. Here is a simple exercise you can do. Read over the examples below, and then think of a solution for the problems facing these people:- A married couple from two different countries who are searching for information on green cards- A family looking for help with student loans- A cat owner who has a cat that urinates everywhere is looking for a solution to stop this behaviorDo you see how each person has a problem they would be willing to pay for help with? If you offer them a real and feasible solution, they will gladly buy it from you. This is how successful product ideas are developed all of the time. Now using the example above you can brainstorm some ideas of your own every day. Be sure to write them down and then pursue the ideas you feel are most feasible. Remember, don't be afraid to take action and get your product developed as quickly as possible!
