This is just disgusting!! I cringe when I hear the word "recruit"

You see, they have this dynamic personality that will talk to a million people a day and go buck wild recruiting and signing people up. Lucky for them, because of the law of numbers, they throw a bunch of mud on the wall and some actually sticks. That sticking mud just so happens to be huge business builders.

Their recruiting mentality works for only a small group of people, but frankly, it is not the right mentality to have in network marketing.

Network marketing boils down to this one thing and one thing only... relationships, relationships, and more RELATIONSHIPS.

Relationships are the basis of everything we do in life. When your focus is on building relationships with people, with establishing trust as the foundation of your experience together, EVERYTHING you do will be more beneficial and stable in the long run.

You are truly setting yourself up for lifelong partners, friends, and stable relationships, whether in business or your personal life. When you take the time to LISTEN to people, to care about them, and find out what it is that would help them most, you plant the correct seeds out into the market place.

By putting them first, you gain their trust, they will listen eagerly to what you have to say, and they will follow you. You gain their trust easier and quicker because you really care about them, and they know you wouldn't steer them wrong.

This mentality is absolutely the most effective, rewarding, and successful mentality to have in network marketing. Think about it, do you want to be recruited, sponsored, or MENTORED?

When relationship building is your sole focus, you will find that you have more friends than you ever had before to keep in contact with for the rest of your life, and true solid business partners who work together to achieve the maximum benefit.
