This will go along way over time as you continue to practice it over and over again.
Creating rapport is not that difficult to develop. It starts with asking questions to open up the other person so that you and them can find something to relate to.
Its good to ask questions that you know people will respond to by answering yes. You will now have them agreeing with you and everything is a set up to the final close. When you learn to develop this type of rapport building with your prospects you will see your business elevate to a whole new level.
The whole idea behind this is to get a normal conversation going with your prospect to get them to open up without coming off with a sales pitch up front which will turn them off right away.
You need to find out during your conversation with them if they will be a qualified candidate for your business by asking key specific questions as well.
People are more interested in doing business with someone they like and trust. You can not come off as some type of a car salesman just be professional in your approach and let them sell themselves once you have asked them questions to see if they need with what you have to offer.
Creating rapport with your prospects is a skill that will take time to be proficient in it just like anything else but once you learn it this will increase your sales volume tremendously.
