Ensure that each page from the website has correct titles and keywords (for example: How to set up a home-based business) which means that your customer can locate a way back to your website or blog if and when they lose the boo mark and then they will look for you via a search engine.
Finally, do allow your customers to unsubscribe or 'opt out' of any email updates which you send to the them. Some may still return if they like your business however they will not return if you do continue to flood their email box with mails they do not want.
