If you've downloaded a movie on your hard drive or uploaded one from your camcorder, Roxio is an easy to use program to burn a movie. Once you burn movies, you will be able to watch the movies in your DVD player. This is a great way to save family movies that you make and get to watch them after you burn movies using Roxio.
Instructions
1
Open up the program Roxio on your computer.
2
Locate the movie you want to burn from your computer.
3
Open the disc copier in Roxio.
4
Click Disc Image or DVD Video Folder radio button

Open the folder that has the movie to burn to DVD.

On the right hand side, select the destination. The destination is your DVD Burner.

For the write speed, most people select 16X. Roxio will only burn a DVD as fast as your computer is able to process it. It's fine to set it at max speed.

Select the number of copies of the DVD that you want to burn. If you want to share the DVD with another family member to show off your family movies, go ahead and select 2 or 3 for the number of copies of the DVD you burn.
10
Once you have all that set up on the Roxio screen, you're ready to burn a DVD. In the top right hand corner, you click the little circle that looks like a DVD. It will change color.
11
When you DVD is done burning, the DVD writer should open up. You are now ready to label your DVD to share your family movies.
