How To Colour Synthetic Hair Clip Extensions- Review

Synthetic hairs are generally made up of smooth plastic fibers. They are not porous like natural hairs. It is quite a difficult task to give desired color to synthetic hairs. You may not change the entire color successfully. However they can be made richer.

For changing the color of thesynthetic hair clip extensions, you need a liquid fabric dye in your desired color. Suitable amount of dye, about 3 to 4 oz is mixed in one gallon water. The hair extensions are then soaked into the water. Soak them for about 45 minutes. You may soak for long, if a darker shade is desired. After achieving the desired shade, remove and rinse with tap water. Use some suitable conditioner to keep them sheen as before.

Apart from this, a softer tone can be achieved through the hair sprays. You may find special hair rinse bottle. This process does not require rinsing. Let it dry and use as many sprays as you need to reach the desired hair color.

You may also adopt the cream color method to dyesynthetic hair clip extensions. You need to prepare the cream in the plastic bowl. Take measured amount of cream and add cream color developer. Don't forget to wear apron and gloves. In the second step, place your extensions on a stand upright, and remove all tangles. Like natural hairs, divide the extension product into portions. Clip all the portions on one side.

Use fine brush to apply the cream to each section. Take the section one by one, and apply the color right from roots to the extension tips. Layer the sections one over the other unless all are completed. Finally comb the hairs to ensure even distribution of the cream hair color.

The color will take about 10 to 15 minutes to set. Rinse the hairs under tap. The color removal is a gradual process. Don't rub or tangle the hairs to remove color swiftly. After completely removing the color, finally apply a recommended conditioner to retain the shine and natural look of the hairs.
