The chart combines the month of the baby's conception with that of the mother's age in determining the baby's gender. It should contain an XX chromosome, if you want to have a baby girl. There are those who try supplements and techniques to increase and screen these sperms containing such chromosomes. It is amongst today's more popular home methods in predicting the sex of a baby, it cross matches the mother's birthday with the baby's month of conception.

Of course there are those well-known urban legends that are followed from generations to generations, among those are making love in the afternoon, making love on a full moon, having sex during dates that are even numbered, consuming a lot of vegetables and fish with a chocolate for dessert, some even try thinking of a baby girl or looking at a baby girl's picture while having sex.
