1. Ope Device Manager.
2. Right-clic Sierra WirelessHSPA ( or WWAN)Modem nder Modems.
3. Clic Properties.
4. Click th Advanced ab.
5. Type the following initialization commands in th Extra initialization commandsfield:

where apn is your Access Point Name (e.g. for AT&T, you would type inat+cgdcont=1,"IP","ISP.CINGULAR")
Add a new network connection (DUN) 1.Open th Control Panel. 2.Double-clic Network Connections. 3.Under Network Tasks, clic Create a new connection. 4.Clic Next n the New Connection Wizard. 5.Selec Connect to the Internet, then clic Next. 6.Selec Set up my connection manually, then clic Next. 7.Selec Connect using a dial-up modem, then clic Next. 8.Select th Modem - Sierra Wireless HSPA ( or WWAN) Modem heckbox, and then clic Next. 9.Type in your ISP name (you can type any name you want here), then clic Next.0.Typ *99# n the Phone Number field, then clic Next.1.Type in your username and password (provided by your carrier), then selec Next> Finish. (In some cases, a username and password are not required.)2.Double click the newly created DUN connection and clic Dial.
