How To Deal With A Woman Who Plays Mind Games

Do you ever feel like you are dealing with a woman who enjoys playing mind games

with you just a little bit too much? Are you tired of trying to figure out how to handle these games so that you can just win her over and be done with all of the confusion? It's kind of peculiar how candidly both men and women will accuse the other of being guilty of playing mind games. You can almost see the reason for why this is very clearly.

It's no fun for sure when you feel like someone is messing with your head and your heart. The weird thing about it is, it can also be quite addictive. Meaning, as much as it may make you feel uncomfortable.. you keep on coming back for more.

Here's some of my advice for you on how to handle a woman's mind games:

1) Determine if all it really comes down to is miscommunication.

I kind of hinted at this in the first paragraph. With both men and women frequently accusing the other of being the one who is playing games, it may seem apparent that all it really comes down to is miscommunication. Men and women display their affections very differently most of the time, and they also communicate very differently. I find that many times when a guy comes to me for advice with a specific scenario, that instead of it being mind games, it really is just his misinterpretation of her signals.

2) Understand that some of what she might be doing is seeing if she can shake you up a bit.

Women get hit on way more often than guys do, right? So, because of that, they develop many little ways to deflect the ones that are not worth their time. They come up with little "tests" that they give all of the time to see if it shakes things up a bit. So, if all she is really doing is testing you out, then you want to show her that you are not shook up from it at all.

3) Determine if it is a game or she is just really unstable.

This is the other thing that you need to take a look at if a woman seems to be playing a lot of games with you. Truth is, she might just be kind of unstable. There are MANY women out there that may be attractive on the outside, but are all chaotic on the inside. And one of the red flags to look out for is her flakiness. Too much of it, and it may just mean that she is unstable and not really someone that you want to date.
