Any face or body that is round will do; a bear, ladybug, bumblebee, turtle, etc. Add wings, ears, eyes, snouts, anything else that you wish, and suddenly the playroom and bedroom become one with the wild.

Lets say your child is a bit older and looking for a more mature pillow covering, then you could consider making pool balls. The classic eight ball or solids and stripes make for unique decorating in a teenagers bedroom or dorm.
