You may have recently discovered that when you start doing a search in your Google

browser that several other things you have searched before start jumping up. This is your recently searched history and most people do not want this revealed to anyone that may be using your computer. I most certainly do not like people seeing my recent searches. If you are the same way and want to know how to delete recent searches, then I have some suggestions to remedy this problem.

The Internet history is one of the ways to store your search history. It can reveal your search options once you start typing on the Internet search bar. To delete history from Firefox browser history, select Tools menu and then click on the "Clear Recent History" option. If you prefer to delete everything, you can click on the "Site Preferences."

If all of these options fail, you will need something more powerful, such as data recovery software. Data recovery software allows you to find the files that are missing or no longer in your directory when you search for them.

When the drop down menu appears you can choose to either remember history, never remember history, or use customer settings for your history. If you want to delete the history on the address bar you can also do that. When typing in the address bar, recent searches show up to show you suggestions to make finding an address easier.
