The NDA test preparation is sure to be a tough call as it is the only entrance examination that qualifies applicants for the National Defense Academy (NDA) the national academy which provides training for getting into the Indian Army, Navy as well as Air Forces.

To run 2.4 kilometers in 15 minutes

Skipping

Daily push-ups and sit-ups (a minimum of 20 each)

Daily chin-ups (a minimum of 8 each day)

Rope climbing of 3 to 4 meters every day.

3.Prepare for written test For NDA test preparation, applicants need to pass Intermediate Examinations from reputed board. They can apply for the NDA examinations even while appearing for their Intermediate Examinations.

As part of their NA test preparation, they need to practice thoroughly three topics mainly. These include General Abilities (candidates are basically tested on English, General Knowledge and Psychological Tests); Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics. The NDA provides the candidates with a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi while the candidates go through their training process at this prestigious institute of the country.
