2. Prepare well in Advance: All the documents, copies testimonials and proofs should be collected and preserved well in advance. All the witnesses should be interviewed and should be made available to testify. All the exhibits should be ready and presented. Preparation of a trial notebook will act as a helpful guide throughout the case. One should be clear about the expectations in the courtroom.

3. Respect other Parties: One should maintain the decorum of the court. This can be ensured by respecting all the parties related to the court that includes court personnel, opposing witnesses, jurors, judges and your witnesses. However politeness towards the opposing party should not be over emphasized. Avoid being over argumentative as each and every move is monitored buy the judge and jury. Too many objections should be strictly avoided. An experienced lawyer will always allow other to complete their allegations and questions.

4. Comprehend a Relevant and Logical Story: Always develop a story that is believable and easily trusted. Avoid complications. Story that is constructed should be convincing and compelling to yourself and others.

5. Produce enough Evidence: Its important to produce documents, props, exhibits, videos and inflections rather than simply talking and expecting jury to listen.
