, but this is actually a pretty common phenomenon amongst men that are having a hard time finding a woman that they can turn into a girlfriend. While it is a good thing to put in a lot of effort to get what you want out of life, there are times when too much effort can be a bad thing. Let me explain.

When a guy is putting in too much effort to try and find a girlfriend, it usually means that he is thinking of just about every woman that he meets as being the next potential "one." That puts a lot of pressure on every social interaction that you have with women. It also tends to be a vibe that women can pick up on, and it just so happens that it is also a vibe that tends to turn women off.

There is a much better way and it does not have to take all of your efforts and energy. If you want to get a girlfriend and things just don't seem to be working out for you, then pay close attention. Just making the one little change to lower your efforts might be what you need to do.

Here are a few tips on how to find a girlfriend without looking so hard for one:

1) Let her come to you.

What this means is, instead of feeling like you have to go out and find a girlfriend, take a look at the women that are already around you. There might be someone at work that you have overlooked. There might be someone that you see on a regular basis that might be right for you. Be open to the possibility that it might be easier than you think to find a girlfriend and it just might happen.

2) Learn how to dress to impress women.

Some guys are all about style, but most are not. Updating your look and your wardrobe is a simple change that you can make, but one that can have a pretty big impact on your social life. If you dress like it is still 1999, then you may want to learn a little about dressing to impress a woman.

3) Become a conversation starter.

The easiest way to meet women is... to just walk up to them and start conversations. This might seem a little intimidating if you are usually a shy or quiet guy. If you can get over that though, you might just find that there are a lot of opportunities to meet women, get dates, and end up finding the girlfriend that you have been looking for.
