One of the advantage of online job searches is the ability to narrow your search down to your specific needs, instead of looking through hundreds of jobs that dont match your needs. And that saves you a lot of time, which means you will have more time to look through openings that actually interest you. Some jobs sites do charge you a fee in order to show you the listings. But most are free. It usually isnt a good idea to pay for job listing sites.
