The task of having to find your passion should not even be called a task at all! In fact

, it should be called a privilege instead, because when you get to discover your true passion and finally fulfill your destiny, you will definitely be able to live a life thousands of times better than the one you already have. So, how does one discover their true passion? Well, below are five methods that are quite simple. Anybody can do these and get great results!

1.Find your passion by ignoring social standards.

We all want to passionate about something we can tell our friends about. People who are passionate about science, law, business, or medicine are admired by society. But what if youre not passionate about any of that? What if what youre really interested in are board games? It takes a lot of honesty for an individual to admit that hes not interested in what is society thinks he should be passionate about. However, if you want to fulfill your destiny, you have to pursue what makes you happy and not what everyone thinks you should pursue.

2.Find your passion by volunteering for a cause.

One of the hindrances to passion is a lack of awareness. How can you be passionate about something, if you dont know what there is to be passionate about? One way to discover your true calling is to dabble in what other people are passionate about. Why are environmentalists passionate about their cause? Why are social activists willing to be arrested for the sake of freedom of speech? Maybe what you need to do to fulfill your destiny is to join a cause that you feel strongly about.

3.Find your passion by evaluating yourself.

Some people believe in reincarnation. Some people believe in biological determinism. Whatever terms they use, the conclusion is the same: some people are meant to do specific tasks, or play specific roles. If you have a skill in music, some people will say that you were a musician in your past life, others will say that you are a natural. In any case, if you have an ear for music, maybe you were meant to be a musician. Fulfill your destiny by evaluating yourself and objectively figuring out what your own strengths and weaknesses are.

4.Find your passion by taking college classes.

High School students are given only a few minutes to decide what course theyll take in college. Some of these kids are not even sure what they want to be yet and just go along with what is popular or what their parents like. A lot of people earn degrees that, they later realize, theyre not really passionate about. If you have the time for it, try to go over the courses available in college. Maybe you werent able to take the course you really wanted. Maybe what you need to do to fulfill your destiny is to go back to school and take a course in what youre really passionate about.

5.Find your passion by going on a pilgrimage.

Religious people often go to pilgrimages to holy places in order to rediscover their faith and to answer a spiritual calling. They do this to cleanse the soul and to exile themselves from ordinary living so that they can commune with the deities they worship. If you want to fulfill your destiny, you have to seek a place that you can connect with. Some find their destiny in the music of Memphis; others find it in the sanctuary of Tibet. Travelling to places you havent been before may kindle a spark of inspiration in your soul.

The idea that you can go your entire life without really being able to find your passion, without really figuring out what it is that you were really meant to do in this life, is absolutely depressing. Dont fall for the idea that you have to make these sacrifices. Go out there and find out what it is that you should be doing. Every person deserves to be able to do this.
