Whether it is a woman you work with or a woman you have just met at a club or somewhere else, you want to feel like you not only know what you are doing, but also like you are actually making some progress.

Here are 3 tips that I can think of that will help you to flirt effectively with a woman:

1) Try to get a little bit of flirtatious eye contact going with her before you say anything at all.

You always want to start things off the right way and getting a little bit of flirty conversation is always a good idea if you want to make some progress with a woman you are flirting with. Sometimes this is more than enough to make a woman feel immediate attraction with you, so it's always a good idea to give this a try if you can't think of anything else to do.

2) Feel free to make some physical contact with her without outright grabbing at her.

One of the ways that you can escalate the attraction that a woman feels for you is by making incidental physical contact with her so that she feels that chemistry with you and it doesn't seem like that was what you are trying to do intentionally. It only works well if it comes across as being incidental and if it comes across like you are outright grabbing at her, then you are not going to get any positive results, so don't do that.

3) Try to highlight the fact that you do possess a sense of humor.

If there was one simple thing that you could focus on that would make you a much better flirt, it would be to try and make a woman laugh and see that you do possess a sense of humor. This is still one of the easiest and more effective ways to flirt with a woman you like and make her feel like she is starting to like being around you.
