A juke in football which is different from its meaning in our daily life is a move for a player to deceive his / her opponent on the field

. A juke is also known as the 'Stutter Step' or 'Shake and Bake' which is an offensive move for a player to outmaneuver his / her furious opponent by doing this fake move. Different kinds of moves can be done to fit different kinds of sports are done to confuse the opposing players to get points and achieve the goal of winning the game. So if you are desire to be a football player, and then you are supposed to master your skills on this move. First, a running back player is the first one who has no choice but to learn how to perform the move in order to mislead or confuse the opponent players. Once the running back comes into a clear space after breaking through the line, the player will come against a linebacker or a defensive back. As you plant your left foot on the right side, the opponent should think that you are going to move in that direction and he will try to tackle you from the same direction.

So just when your opponent tries to tackle you from the right side, you will shift your bodys weight towards the left side, along with turning your hips and pushing away and forward with your left foot.

Use your hand to shove the opposing players arm that is coming towards you for the tackle. If the player comes too close to you, keep your shoulders down at this point and move into his chest.

When you do this, the opponent will let you go and you have performed a perfect junk to gain the goal.

Another essential elements along how to do a junk is speed for if you arent fast enough to juke the opponent, you cant really carry out this move properly.
